The Gingerbread House

This house had caught fire destroying the kitchen, second floor, and third floor. During demolition we found that the post and beam framing for the tower was rotted through and had to be rebuilt. We rebuilt the tower, both the second and third floors, and the roof. We also added to the wrap around porch and constructed the front steps. The gingerbread features were redesigned and new mahogany flooring was installed. We also updated both the plumbing and electrical systems.
